This is the EXACT training log template that I have used to log my training volume every day for the past 4 years of rowing - taking my 2k erg from 6:07 to 5:57 and improving my water performance from no U23 appearances to U23 World Champion and 4 international regatta medals for Great Britain.
The example photo here shows my own training log from an 8-week span in 2025! Tracking your weekly training volume and training totals/averages for the year with this training log allows you to stay consistent with your training and increase mileage/fitness properly so you can achieve PBs on the erg or whatever other goal you are chasing. The sheet is also great for keeping you accountable when you actually have not done enough training.
Upon purchase, you will be emailed an excel template spreadsheet of my training log you can fill with your own training for December 2025 and all of 2026! There is also a separate sheet explaining how to best use the training log sheet and what kind of weekly mileage you should be aiming to do if you want to get into rowing, get recruited, etc!
