This is the EXACT daily habits spreadsheet template that I have used to log my positive and negative habits for the past 5 years of studying and rowing. Tracking your hours slept, hours worked, litres of water drank, etc. for the year with this habits spreadsheet allows you to stay consistent with your work so you can achieve greatness whatever goals you are chasing. The sheet is also great for keeping you accountable when you actually have not slept enough, worked enough hours, etc.
